FACILITY USAGE REQUEST

If you are interested in using the Fellowship Hall at My Neighbor’s House for your Christmas Celebration, Meeting Space, Family Reunion, Birthday Party, Anniversary Celebration, or another celebratory event, please fill out the Facility Usage Request Application below, and a representative from My Neighbor’s House will be in contact with you soon.

Local Non-Profits, Businesses, Groups, or Individuals who want to schedule an event in the My Neighbor’s House Facility, may request use of the facility by completing this application.  However, completion of this application does NOT guarantee use of the facility.  In some cases, use of the facility may be subject to approval by the MNH  Board of Directors.

The cost to use the My Neighbor’s House facility is contingent upon the information provided on the Facility Usage Request form.  Once this request is made, a representative of My Neighbor’s House will be in contact with you.

* All deposits are non-refundable and full payment for use of the facility is expected at least one week prior to the event. A 48 hour notice must be given in the event of cancellation.
