MY NEIGHBOR’S HOUSE
FACILITY USAGE REQUEST

If you are interested in using the Fellowship Hall at My Neighbor’s House for your Christmas Celebration, Meeting Space, Family Reunion, Birthday Party, Anniversary Celebration, or another celebratory event, please fill out the Request Application below, and a representative from My Neighbor’s House will be in contact with you soon.

Local Non-profits, Business, Groups, or Individuals who want to schedule an event in the My Neighbor’s House Facility, may request use of the facility by completing this application.  However, completion of this application does NOT guarantee use of the facility.  Use of the Facility may be subject to approval by the MNH  Board of Directors.

The cost to use the My Neighbor’s House facility is $800 for the day of the event, with the understanding that your event will end no later than 10:00 p.m.  Once this request is made, a representative of My Neighbor’s House will be in contact with you.

* All deposits and payments for use of the facility are expected at least two weeks prior to the event.
