  Policies & Requirements

  • Event End Time: All events must conclude by 9:00 p.m.

  • Alcohol Policy: Absolutely NO ALCOHOL may be brought onto the premises.

  • Use of Space: Renters must follow facility guidelines and assist in keeping the space clean and ready for the next group.

    Rental Fee & Deposit

    • Rental Fee: $700

    • Additional Deposit: $100
      Your deposit will be fully refunded if the facility is left in the same condition in which it was rented.
