    Policies & Requirements

    • Event End Time: All events must conclude by 9:00 p.m.

    • Alcohol Policy: Absolutely NO ALCOHOL may be brought onto the premises.

    • Use of Space: Renters must follow facility guidelines and assist in keeping the space clean and ready for the next group.

    Rental Fees:

  • For 501c3 Non-profits:

    • All day rental

    • $125 non-refundable deposit

    • $125 rental fee

    • $50 if facility is needed for preparations the day before

  • For Profit/ Small Business: (defined as less than 25 employees)

    • $225 non-refundable deposit

    • $225 rental fee

    • $50 if facility is needed for preparations the day before

  • For Corporations and large businesses:

    • $325 non-refundable deposit

    • $325 rental fee

    • $50 if facility is needed for preparations the day before
